Shipping policy
- Shipping is $8 within the continental US for all orders under $100.
- Please allow 1~3 days to process your order and 1~3 days to ship.
- Free shipping for orders over$100.00 within contingent US.
Return & Exchange policy
If you are not happy with your purchase due to it being defective or damaged, please contact us within 10days and we will talk through a refund. To return an item for a refund, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. - Returns are accepted within 15 days from your ship date.
- Cost of original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded.
- Send all returns to our showroom address.
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the receive date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached.
- Original invoice must be included in your return package.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
- Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted.
- All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
- Please be sure to allow 5~10 days for transit time.
- If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email or
DM within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exception.
- Returns sent that not meet the above criteria are subject to $8 ship and $8 handling fee to be returned to you.
Disclaimer

Therefore, the colors each individual customer sees on her(his) computer screen may not 100% accurately reflect the colors of your fabrics as they actually are.
